FASHION FIX #1

Welcome to post #1 of the Fabulous Fashion Fix. Since this is the first issue, I felt it my responsibility to give you a jam packed fix. I apologize for the late post - technical difficulties, but I promise, it's worth the wait....

ALLOW ME TO INTRODUCE MYSELF.....THE FABULOUS WARDROBE STYLIST!!!
I am the President & CEO of Fabulous Lifestyle Services, Inc. a luxury lifestyle management company that specializes in wardrobe styling, image consulting, personal shopping, interior design and event production. In short, I make your life visually FABULOUS!
One of my recent projects was wardrobe styling Chicago artist Ben One for his promo and XXL Magazine photo shoot. You can see Ben on page 58 of The December XXL issue that features the Freshman 10 on the cover.  We took many photos for the shoot and they all came out FABULOUS!!! Because the photos will be used for a variety of things, I changed his look about 10-times. I took his look from casual fly to sophisticated fly to street fly. It's always soooo amazing to see my vision come to life!!! The wardrobe styling process is not as simple as it may seem - to just putting some clothes on. If it were that simple, I wouldn't have a job. I always consider the personality of the individual, purpose of the occassion, lighting and an array of other elements. Everything just looked great on Ben and his team were a pleasure to work with.

I have to give major props to FABULOUS Melissa aka "G" for working with me on the shoot! Thank you...W Hotel, Succezz, Trend for Men and FUNKSHION clothing boutiques in Chicago.

OBAMA FASHION
We are only several days away from an historic presidential election. The good news, there is still time to get your gear and everyone can be fashionably politically correct. You may be surprised that I'm not mentioning some of the well known fashion designers, but I see and appreciate all things beautiful in art, which fashion is a branch of and why I'm proud to introduce you to some amazing artists in fashion - if you haven't already heard of them. Here are my picks for the hottest Obama fashions for men and women.

The political fashion is not just another item in your wardrobe, it's an investment and wearable art. Artist Shepard Fairy has been creating political art for years and has transferred his visions to his popular clothing line OBEY. He's designed a variety of Men's and Women's OBEY Obama T-Shirts that will truly claim your position on the presidency. The t-shirt range from $26-$32 each but are on SALE!!! for $15 at 80spurple.com Log on and search "obama"  - you can see all mens and women's shirts.

Obama fashion nails are a very unique way to make a political statement. These nails are by MINX from California and average $50-$80. As you will learn, I am all about "doing it yourself" so you may be able to achieve a similar look by doing it yourself if you have a really steady hand - well maybe not... These nail prints have been worn by celebrities like Beyonce and are for the fashionably confident who want to take their accessory game to the next level. Definitely the latest hot women's accessory!

I know men need hot accessories too...Behold the Obama Air Force One sneakers designed by Van aka Van20 form Cleveland, Ohio. Air Force One's are a staple in every men's urban wardrobe, and with the overwhelming support from the Hip-Hop and entertainment industry for Obama, it's only appropriate to dress the most well known sneaker in support. As you see, Will I Am is rockin' them for a red carpet event. Van hand paints each sneaker! These are truly a one-of-a-kind item. You can only order the sneakers by contacting Van directly on his myspace page or via emailing him at taylorandcraig@hotmail.com Very fly & fabulous Van!

FASHION NEWS
Diddy is makin' moves in the fashion world...Sean "Diddy" Combs purchased the Enyce brand from Liz Claiborne Inc. for an alleged $20 million! While that may seem like a lot of money, it's not in the fashion industry. Especially since Claiborne originally purchased Enyce for $114 million from Sport Brands International in November 2003. Because Diddy is a business man, he's already started making changes - and says the brand will be totally "remixed" in 6 months. If you're looking for a deal log onto Enyce.com for 30%-50% off men's and women's clothing.

As we all know, Diddy is an entertainer and he posted an entertaining "BREAKING NEWS" video post calling himself the "Black (Warren) Buffet". Click on the breaking news link to view. As expected, it is funny and informative. Enyce is not a brand I've supported in the past, but it will be interesting to see what Diddy does with the brand...Hmmm...Stay Tuned!

While Diddy is buying fashion brands, Christiam Audigier is trying to sell his...10 brands in all which includes the colorful and tattoo-inspired line Ed Hardy. You know, the brand that charges upwards of $200 for a t-shirt. Audigier is allegedly in talks with private equity firms and apparel manufacturers asking for at least $700 million for the entire company!!! With prices like that sounds like Diddy got a deal - Huh?
